About the founder

Joy is a business coach for coaches with over 6 years of experience in marketing and business development. She helps coaches turn their expertise into a scalable and predictable online business model.

She originally started in marketing and online advertising, running a marketing agency where she helped entrepreneurs with Facebook and Instagram ads, social media strategy, and online growth. This gave her the opportunity to work across different industries and see what actually works, and what doesn’t in online marketing.

But after a few years, she realized she got the most energy from working with coaches, so decided to only work with coaches.

Since then, she has been helping coaches build high-ticket programs, memberships, and coaching offers that don’t just sound good, but actually sell.

She works with coaches who want to stop posting constantly without results, turn their knowledge into a clear and structured program, attract premium clients, and build a business that grows predictably.
