Overview

At Soul Guide Media, we adhere to a reliable refund policy to ensure our customers feel privileged in their collaboration with us. Please read through the guidelines outlined in our refund policy.

1. Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel your account, kindly notify us at least 3 days before the end of your term. You can do this by sending an email to info@soulguidemedia.com or using our billing portal. Upon cancellation, your data will not be immediately deleted to ensure you can always return. However, if you want your data permanently removed from our servers, please email info@soulguidemedia.com with your request. Deleting all data is irreversible, so be certain before canceling your account.

2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each month.

3. Service Level Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade the level of our services at any time during your usage. However, Soul Guide Media does not reimburse any fees in such cases.

4. Mid-Term Service Stoppage

If you cease using our services before the term ends, we do not refund the fees paid for the remaining term.

5. Modification or Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify or terminate Soul Guide Media service(s) for any reason without prior notice.

6. Fraud

Without limiting other remedies, Soul Guide Media may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activities related to the services we offer.

7. No Refund for Mid-Month Cancellation

Please note that no refund is offered, even if a subscription is canceled midway through the month.

8. Days No-Obligation Cancellation

Soul Guide Media provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) with a 3-day no-obligation cancellation policy. The non-binding cancellation starts immediately after the activation of the account. This 3-day period is applicable only to new customers, not for existing customers with a subscription. Soul Guide Media also does not consider any free trial period for customers who were once paid subscribers, canceled, and then decided to re-subscribe to Soul Guide Media.During the 3 days, potential subscribers (customers) can cancel their account at any time and receive a full refund with a small service free. To continue using SaaS after the 3-day non-obligatory cancellation period, you will automatically be enrolled in the payment plan you initially selected at the time of purchase, from a range of monthly selections or receiving a discount by paying for six months or a full year of service.

9. Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Soul Guide Media charges fees in advance for the use of the SaaS service. All services provided are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription and provides billing information, Soul Guide Media calculates a pro-rata amount due with the first payment payable upon signing.


All subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly, quarterly, and annually on the expiration date according to the purchase date unless officially canceled in writing.


Customers can cancel at any time by sending an email to info@soulguidemedia.com or visiting our billing portal. Customers will receive an email from Soul Guide Media confirming the cancellation of their SaaS service subscription.


Important: No refunds or credits for partial months, quarters, or years of service will be reimbursed upon cancellation.


All fees exclude any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by the tax authorities, and the customer is responsible for the payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.


The fees charged by Soul Guide Media for monthly, quarterly, or annual services exclude telephone and internet access charges, as well as other data transmission costs. Any currency conversions are based on the customer's agreement with the payment method provider.


For clarity, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Customers can upgrade or downgrade their SaaS service subscription at any time. For any upgrade or downgrade, the customer must write to  info@soulguidemedia.com.


The chosen billing method will automatically charge the new subscription rate in the next billing cycle.Regarding downgrades of a subscription, Soul Guide Media does not provide refunds or credits for partial service months.


Soul Guide Media reserves the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to any of the SaaS services purchased from info@soulguidemedia.com.
This policy applies to all SaaS services listed on Soul Guide Media, unless stated otherwise in the accompanying program material.
